Shelagh worked in administration for many years before teaching business courses for Community Futures.  She became a holistic health practitioner after seeking out complimentary therapies to heal from injuries from a motor vehicle accident.  Shelagh studied various modalities to further her recovery so that she could return to backpacking and skiing.   She is certified in Visionary Craniosacral Work® and Advanced Integrative Energy Healing™.  Shelagh is certified in Resonance Modulation and is currently a teaching assistant for the Resonance Modulation certification program.  She has been in professional practice since 2007 and specializes in body alignment and body awareness.  Her study of Integral Yoga and the work of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais inform her practice.

Shelagh has been accepted to Akamai  University’s Master of Science in Complementary Medicine with a concentration in Energy Medicine.  Shelagh began her studies in the summer of 2018.  Thank you to the Victorian Hospital of Kaslo Auxiliary Society (VHKAS) for their generous bursary.
